Raise funds for your organization or cause with Bubble Bee! We offer several fundraising options that are fun experiences for attendees while generating funds.
Fundraisers offered include:

ON-SITE FUNDRAISERS: Bubble Bee will come to your location/event and set-up a mobile boba bar. 20% of all proceeds will be donated back to the organization.

FREE DRINK CARD SALE: Bubble Bee will sell free drink cards at 50% off. Cards can be sold for fundraising revenue.

SPIRIT NIGHTS: Hosted at our store, guests can come purchase beverages in a festive environment and 20% of all pre-tax sales are donated back to the organization.

A personalized drink special that celebrates your organization.

A donation of 20% of pre-tax sales (inclusive of all retail items, food, beverages, and both in-person and online gift cards) from your event! You will receive a check within two weeks of your event.

We will prepare an event flyer with you to distribute amongst your group to drive attendance.

Boba Party Packs
Pricing starts at $45
Our Boba Party Pack option is perfect for events where convenience and portability are key. Ideal for smaller events with under eight guests such as sleepovers, study groups, etc. . . Hosts can select two half gallons of their favorite beverages and three toppings, all of which are packaged for portability in disposable ramekins and half-gallon bottles. With a variety of flavors and toppings available, there's something for everyone to savor.

Self-Serve Stations

For a more tactile experience, our self-serve stations allow guests to customize their own boba drinks. They can fill their cup with a favorite tea, ice level, and toppings, creating a personalized beverage that satisfies their cravings.

2-4 varieties of beverages in increments of 1 gallon (1 gallon serves approximately 6 guests.

Gallons of beverages and toppings will be individually packaged to be placed in the guests’ own dispensers and containers.

Live Bobarista Station
Pricing starts at $500
For a fun and engaging celebration experience, our live bobarista station, our skilled bobaristas will artfully craft delicious boba drinks right in front of your guests, adding a touch of entertainment to your event. Bobaristas will mix, shake, and pour to create stunning and tasty boba concoctions. This option is ideal for larger events and leaves a lasting impression.

Bubble Bee bobarista’s will be onsite to create and mix beverages to order.

Hot brown sugar boba is cooked on-site.

Guests can select a menu of 4-6 beverages and eight toppings.

The Live Bobarista Station is inclusive of 2 hours of service.
